Here, you can change the name of your iPhone, which is also the name that shows up on AirDrop.

Go Settings
On your iPhone, go to 'Settings' > General > About >Name.

Here, you can change your AirDrop name on your iPhone. Once you've made your changes, tap Done on the keyboard to save it.
