If your Google Pixel indicates that screenshots are disabled by the administrator, it may be due to your device being managed by an organization's Mobile Device Management (MDM). To verify if your device is under MDM control, follow these steps:
Step 1

Open 'Settings' Menu

Tap on 'Settings' menu on your Google Pixel device.

access google pixel settings
Step 2

Security

Click the 'Security' option in the Settings menu and find 'Device admin apps'.(Note: The demo device here is a Pixel 7; However, on other models, the device setting may be displayed as 'Device administrators' or 'Admin apps').

access pixel security

Step 3

Check for MDM software

To view apps with administrator privileges, such as MDM software, select 'Device admin apps.' If MDM software is present, identify the associated organization. To regain 'Screenshot' permissions, enable the Screenshot feature through the MDM policy as an admin or disengage from MDM oversight.
